- ln some cases if Air tickets are blocked / issued on special fare then cancellation charges levied by the airline, over and above the charges as mentioned in the table hereinabove shall be borne by the guest.
- Payments can be made by Netbanking for Online Booking and Cheque, Demand Draft, NEFT, RTGS or IMPS for Offline Bookings.
- Cheque/Demand Draft should be in favour of ‘Sai Shishir Tours’
- Note: Once Helicopter is booked amount is non-refundable.
Note : Tour Manager will be offered from Bangalore upon minimum 16 pax being confirmed on the group. Else destination english speaking tour guides will be provided
Note:Due to bad weather / or any reason extra accommodation cost will be bear by guest on direct basis.
Rooms are booked on double or triple sharing basis only.For a separate single occupancy room, it will be extra chargeable.
Terms & Conditions Fixed Flight Timings
Helicopter Tour Details
- This tour operates with fixed daily departure times.
- Passengers must follow the Estimated Time of Departure (ETD) for each day.
- Failure to report on time will result in a “NO-SHOW” status.
Passenger Weight Guidelines
- Accurate weight must be provided at the time of booking.
- If weight exceeds the aircraft’s limit of 1500 kg, the affected passenger(s) will be de-boarded without a refund.
- Weight will be checked before boarding; excess weight may result in rescheduling.
- We reserve the right to rearrange passengers for balanced weight distribution.
Overweight Charges (Per Seat Basis)
- Excess weight charges for the Do Dham helicopter tour are fixed at INR 1500/- per kilogram.
- Applicable to passengers whose weight exceeds 75 kg.
- Charges based on overweight criteria will be collected at the hotel or helipad before flight boarding.
Baggage Allowance
- Only 3 kg baggage per passenger is allowed.
- Passengers should avoid large suitcases due to limited space.
- Excess baggage might not be allowed inside the helicopter.
- Our staff provides duffle bags to all passengers during briefing.
Important Information
- Children above the age of 2 years require a full ticket.
- Infants below 2 years / 12 kg can travel free of charge.
- Birth certificate or ID proof is required for age verification.
Disputes & Legal Terms
- Any disputes regarding legality, interpretation, or application will be subject to Delhi jurisdiction.
- Bookings are accepted with an agreement to these terms & conditions.
