Tour Plan
The tour commences with pick up from Dehradun airport or Railway station one day prior to the Chardham Yatra departure, followed by drop to the hotel. The overnight stay at Dehradun with dinner awaits you.
Welcome to our unique tour of Chardham Yatra by helicopter ride. We begin early morning at 6:00 A.M. from SAHASTRADHARA HELIPAD & reach KHARSALI . Our ground staff will welcome you at the helipad and you shall be taken for Yamunotri darshan by palki covering a distance of 6 km in the lap of nature. The duration is 5 - 6 hrs. After darshan you return back to Kharsali for dinner and overnight stay
Journey starts early morning at 6:30 A.M. by flight from Kharsali to Harsil for Gangotri Darshan. You shall be driven from Harsil helipad to Gangotri temple by car. Gangotri is situated at a distance of 25 kms from Harsil & the time taken is roughly 1 hr. Our ground staff will assist passengers throughout their stay at Harsil. We provide allthe basic and leisure facilities for our tourists.
Greet your day by arrival to Kedarnath (Sersi/Guptkashi) helipad from Harsil. Here we change choppers and shall fly for Kedarnath helipad. Temple is approximately 500 meters away from the helipad and will take approx. 15 minutes to reach. Upon completion of Darshan, we will return to Guptkashi.Enjoy your stay at Sersi/Guptkashi, arranged by us
Welcome to the 5th day by arrival at Badrinath. From Guptkashi to Badrinath your check in is arranged at Hotel , Badrinath. After Lunch, enjoy your sightseeing to Mana village, the last border of India. Evening Darshan/Aarti at Badrinath temple will be arranged. The group would then enjoy overnight stayand dinner at Hotel Badrinath
After breakfast we will check out and drive to the helipad at Badrinath. Our estimated time of arrival at Sahastradhara would be around 10 AM. Once there we can drive to the hotel to collect the baggage and then head to airport or railway station.

- Any up gradation in Airline class or hotel room category
- Helicopter And Horse and Palki services are not included.
- Cost of Air ticket deviation charges
- Any Increase in the rate of exchange leading to an increase in all land arrangements which may come in to effect prior to departure
- Cost of pre or post tour hotel accommodation
- Any extra expense such as route change
- Airline change, Date change, Accommodation facilities etc
- Incurred due to the unforeseen, unavoidable forced majeuere circumstances during the tour
- Porterage, laundry, telephone charges, shopping, wines & alcoholic beverages, items of personal nature and food or drink which is not part of a set group menu
- Any extra cost incurred on behalf of an individual due to illness, accident, hospitalization, or any personal emergency
- Any services or activity charges other than those included in the group tour itinerary
- To and fro Air fare, Airport transfers, visa fees to join/leave the group for joining and leaving guests
- Anything specifically not mentioned in the ‘tour price includes’ column
Important Guide lines
- Any additional night due to bad weather, technical reasons, etc., other than the package inclusions (5 nights) will have to be borne by the client.
- Sai Shishir Tours reserves the right to cancel passengers who are unruly, abusive, intoxicated, sick, mentally unfit, or anyone else whom we deem unsafe to fly. No refund shall be given to such passenger(s).
- In respect of COVID-19, all necessary measures issued by the State & Central Governments would have to be adhered to by the passengers. Without adhering to the prescribed measures/requirements, boarding would be denied without any refunds.
- This is a fixed departure tour, and all departure timings of each destination are fixed. Therefore, passengers must ensure they report as per the mentioned scheduled ETD on each day of the tour.
- Only 5 kg luggage per passenger will be allowed considering the space available in the helicopter. Permission for extra luggage would not be granted.
- Passengers bringing excess baggage would not be allowed to take the same in the chopper.
- Passengers should carry only soft bags as suitcases cannot be kept in the helicopter.
- Carrying a Proper Photo ID card is mandatory for all Indian travelers. Aadhar Card, Driving License, Voter ID are acceptable Photo ID cards for Indians. For foreign nationals, a passport is required.
- In case the weight of the passengers is found on a higher side than the prescribed limit, then extra charges would be applicable after approval from our technical team.
- All temples in Char Dham are located in high-altitude areas. Passengers are advised to carry woolen clothes, raincoat & regular medical kit with them.
- In case the journey is not finished within the stipulated time & passengers are not able to visit one or more Dhams due to bad weather conditions/technical reasons, then the company will try to complete it the next day. However, even if that is not possible, then the liability of the company will be limited to a refund of unutilized sectors.
- We recommend keeping at least one additional day at hand at Dehradun when planning your trip.
- The expenses towards lodging & boarding shall be borne by the guests in case of overstaying at any Dham due to bad weather conditions or any other unavoidable reasons.
- Guests have to MANDATORILY submit their correct weights at the time of booking. If any change in weight is found at the time of their travel from the submitted weights, which would exceed our aircraft’s weight carrying capacity, guest(s) would be DE-boarded & canceled for the Heli-tour without any refund.
- Guests weighing more than 75kgs shall be charged an overweight fee of Rs. 2500/Kg for the total weight above 75 Kg. However, it should not exceed the total carrying capacity of the helicopter of 445kgs.
- Any changes in applicable taxes, governmental levies, royalties, or BKTC charges will result in an adjustment of the tax amount, which will be charged accordingly.
