Sales & Business Development Promote and sell domestic and international tour packages to clients. Generate leads through cold calls, emails, and customer referrals. Meet sales targets and expand the customer base.
Client Consultation & Support Understand clients’ travel needs, preferences, and budgets. Provide personalized recommendations and itineraries. Assist clients in booking flights, hotels, and other travel services.
Relationship Management Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business. Develop partnerships with travel agencies, hotels, and other service providers.
Market Research & Strategy Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and competitor pricing. Suggest promotional offers and discounts to attract customers.
