Exclusions
- Government tax of 5% in addition to the mentioned tour cost.
- Tax Collected at Source (TCS) at 5% of the tour price if PAN & Aadhar are provided; otherwise, it will be 10% of the tour price.
- Any increase in airfare, visa fees, airport taxes, government taxes, fuel surcharges, or the introduction of new government taxes.
- Additional costs for upgrading airline class or hotel room category.
- Charges for deviations in air ticket bookings.
- Any increase in the exchange rate leading to higher costs for land arrangements, which may occur before departure.
- Costs for pre- or post-tour hotel accommodations.
- Any extra expenses, such as changes in routes, airlines, dates, or accommodation due to unforeseen, unavoidable, or force majeure circumstances during the tour.
- Insurance costs for individuals aged 60 years and above.
- Porterage, laundry, telephone charges, shopping, wines, alcoholic beverages, personal items, and any food or drink not included in the group menu.
- Any additional costs incurred for an individual due to illness, accident, hospitalization, or personal emergencies.
- Charges for any services or activities not included in the group tour itinerary.
- To and fro airfare, airport transfers, insurance, and visa fees for guests joining or leaving the group.
