Welcome to saishishirtour.in. By booking a tour or using our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

1. Booking and Payments

• A tour booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the registration amount or deposit.

• Full payment must be made within the timeline communicated during booking.

• We accept payments via UPI, bank transfers, credit/debit cards, or cash.

• By booking with us, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to make the booking.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations must be made in writing or via email.

• Cancellation charges will apply as per the specific tour’s cancellation policy.

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 10 working days after cancellation confirmation.

• Refunds are transferred via bank account in INR, even if original payments were made in another currency.

3. Itinerary and Tour Changes

• We reserve the right to modify tour itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather, safety, or operational issues.

• Changes or substitutions will be made with the intention of delivering a similar or better experience.

4. Travel Documents and Responsibility

• It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure they have valid identification, travel permits, and any required documents.

• saishishirtour is not responsible for delays or losses due to incomplete or incorrect documents.

5. Limitation of Liability

• saishishirtour shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expense caused by force majeure, acts of government, accidents, delays, or other factors beyond our control.

• Travelers are responsible for their personal belongings throughout the journey.

6. Health and Safety

• Guests must disclose any pre-existing medical conditions or special requirements at the time of booking.

• Tour managers may deny participation to individuals if their health poses a risk to themselves or the group.

7. Code of Conduct

• Guests are expected to behave respectfully and follow instructions from tour leaders at all times.

• Any behavior that affects the experience of others may result in removal from the tour without refund.

8. Jurisdiction

• All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
