Cancellation Policy
Cancellation charges apply on the net tour price:
• 30 days or more before departure — 50% of the tour cost.
• Within 30 days of departure (0–30 days) — 100% of the tour cost.
Government taxes (GST/TCS), visa fees and other third-party charges are non-refundable. We strongly recommend travel insurance.
Payment Terms
• Package below ₹25,000 — full payment at the time of booking.
• Package below ₹50,000 — ₹25,000 registration amount per person at booking; balance due 45 days before departure.
• Package above ₹50,000 — ₹50,000 registration amount per person at booking; balance due 45 days before departure.
• Last-minute bookings (received within 45 days of departure) — full payment at the time of booking.
