- If pilgrims leave the group early from Tibet side for non – disease reason then USD 100 per person per day or more has to be paid as penalty to Tibet side – T.A.R. Foreign Exchange Center (FEC). (Visa splitting charge, accommodation, transportation charges will be extra)

Any delay or change caused by the Tibet/China authorities, government regulations, permit/visa processing, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances will be beyond the company's control.
The company will not be responsible for any delays, changes, additional expenses, or consequences arising due to such external factors.
Final itinerary and travel schedule will be communicated once all necessary permits and visas are received and confirmed.
